The purpose of Trenton Alumnae Chapter’s Delta Enrichment Academy Committee is to develop, oversee, and support educational and developmental programs for elementary-aged children within the community.

Key objectives of the Delta Enrichment Academy Committee include:

• Creating engaging, age-appropriate learning activities and experiences that foster academic growth, cultural awareness, and personal development.
   

• Providing a safe and nurturing environment where young children can explore, learn, and build confidence.

• Collaborating with parents, educators, and community partners to support the holistic development of youth.

• Promoting Delta Sigma Theta’s values of scholarship, service, and sisterhood through youth programming.

• Evaluating and improving program effectiveness to ensure meaningful impact on participants.

• Encouraging mentorship and positive role modeling by involving sorors and community members in program delivery.
